ohhhhhhhh Rocky!! it was so good with the spinach salad. And this was my first time doing anything with ground turkey. It tasted tooooooooooooo good. lol. I’ll do a vid with the watermelon dressing. I used a fork/spoon to extract the juices but still leave some crunches. Then i drained the juice, added pepper and salt, balsamic vinegar and a little lemon juice and olive oil. WOW! I didn’t plan to but went ahead and topped the salad with the pieces of watermelon left. DIVINE!

I think most people missunderstand the whole “fat free” thing. It doesn’t actually mean free of fat, but that ONE serving has less than 0.5g of fat. But with cooking sprays (like the I can’t belive its not butter or pam) they actually use several servings when they cook so total is not actually fat free (less than 0.5g fat) at all.
I do however think many are too afraid of the fat and should not think about it so much.
Good cooking videos otherwise they have given me alot of ideas.

It tastes kind of peppery I guess. Great on a sandwich too. This dinner was so good. I thnk I’m going to make it again next week or at least something similar. Fish and salad. Two of my favorite things.
Have a great night!

What does the arugula compared to in taste? I bought a salmon that already had the seasoning and it was great…I could try it with a salad next time
