i ordered some of the original rub and got a pack of the championship going to try it out this weekend , sure looks good, my wife has a little cafe at the local cattle sale barn, we
will find out how good it cooks up.

Yes, that’s a Gator that was designed specifically for the Houston BBQ Cookoff. Us and Gator do use it for other large events as well.

Big mistake to watch this just before lunch. What are you spreading on those country ribs (?) before putting the rub and the other piece back on top?
